We provide professional truck dispatch services including load sourcing, rate negotiation, and
broker communication.
2. Independent Service Provider
Spark Dispatch Solution operates as an independent dispatch service and is not a broker, carrier,
or shipper.
3. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to:
Maintain valid MC/DOT authority
Carry required insurance
Provide accurate and updated information
Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
4. Service Fees
Our dispatch service fees are as follows:
Box Truck & Power Only: 7% per load
Dry Van & Reefer: 5% per load
Flatbed: 5% per load
Fees are calculated per completed load unless otherwise agreed.
5. Payment Obligation
Clients agree to pay all agreed fees in a timely manner. Failure to pay may result in suspension or
termination of services.
6. No Guarantee
We do not guarantee:
Load availability
Revenue or profit levels
Continuous workflow
7. Limitation of Liability
We are not responsible for:
Load cancellations or delays
Broker-related issues
Loss of income
Cargo damage or operational issues
8. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate services due to:
Non-payment
Violation of terms
Fraudulent or unlawful activity
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time.
10. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by applicable laws within the United States.
